Alfred C. Griffin, Jr., DDS

Dr. Griffin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Medical College of Virginia, and completed his Orthodontic Residency at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York. He was a faculty member in the Department of Orthodontics at Georgetown University from 1983 to 1989, teaching in the Postdoctoral Residency Program. A Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Griffin is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, the Northern Virginia Orthodontic Study Club, the Center for Facial Rehabilitation at Fairfax Hospital, the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists, and the Angle Society National Honorary Orthodontic Study Club, and a Fellow of The World Federation of Orthodontists.
